Top Baller and Depop are hosting the football fashion event of the summer in NYC at Gran Siro, Manhattan. 

For one day, the Lower East Side becomes the centre of football and second-hand vintage culture. 

Bringing together drip and play in a culture celebration for the community, and proving that football culture extends far beyond the game.

Top Baller X Depop COMPETITION Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

  1. Definitions: Top Baller Limited shall be known as the “Administrator” and shall be solely responsible for administering this promotion and the Event. Depop Limited shall be known as the “Sponsor.” References below to the “Released Parties” mean the Administrator, the Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents.
  2. By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Administrator r, which are final and binding. The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entry submitted if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions (b) the entrant’s conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the promotion or the Administrator or Sponsor into disrepute.
  3. This promotion is open to legal residents of: the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are aged 16 or over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter. If a winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to and must be accepted by the parent or legal guardian on the minor’s behalf.
  4. Receipt of any cash prize is conditional upon the winner holding an active Stripe or PayPal account at the time the prize is claimed. All cash prizes will be paid exclusively by transfer to a Stripe or PayPal account, and the Administrator will not offer any alternative payment method. The Released Parties accept no responsibility for any delay or failure in prize payment resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, invalid, or closed account details. (See the provisions for under 18s below).
  5. The Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to withhold delivery of the prize until adequate proof of eligibility and identity of the prize winner has been provided in writing. Entrants must hold a Depop account which is in good standing at the time of registration to the Top Baller x Depop event and on the day of the event.
  6. Employees/contractors of the Administrator, Sponsor and their respective affiliates and any other persons or employees/contractors of companies associated with this promotion (“Associated Entities”) and members of the families and households of any such persons are not eligible to enter this promotion. Any such entries will be invalid.

    The Event

  7. This promotion will take place at the Top Baller x Depop event (the “Event”) at 350 Grand St, New York, NY 10002 on 17 July 2026.
  8. Places at the Event are limited to 350 attendees, split across players and non-players.
  9. How to enter – General Registration:
    • Register to attend the Top Baller x Depop event on the 17th July via the event page on the website between 12:00 (EDT) on 10 July 2026 and 23:59 (EDT) on 16 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
    • Entrants must hold an active Depop account in good standing.
    • Entrants may not be employees/contractors of the Administrator, Sponsor, or the Associated Entities, nor may be members of the families and/or households of any such persons.
    • Once your place is confirmed you will receive a QR code ticket to the event.
    • At the Event, you must arrive and check in using the QR code by 6pm to be eligible to be entered into all competitions.

    Responses submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be entered. Internet access is required. You can only submit one entry to the promotion and entries must be submitted on an individual basis. Any subsequent duplicate or additional entries will be invalid.

  10. All entrants to the following competitions will need to have completed the registration and attendance steps detailed above.
    • Top Baller 1v1 Tournament and Prize:
      1. Tournament Structure & Player Selection
        1. The Selection Phase: The Event will feature an open showcase phase for all eligible participants. An Administrator-appointed coaching staff will evaluate participants based on skill, athletic performance, and showmanship.
        2. The Finalists: From the showcase, the coaching staff will select sixteen (16) male players and sixteen (16) female players, in their sole discretion, to advance to the Final Stage. All selection decisions are final and binding.
        3. The Final Stage: The 16 selected players in each division will be placed into separate Men’s and Women’s single-elimination (knockout) 1v1 tournament brackets.
      2. Match Rules
        1. Matches will be played according to the official Event rules provided on-site, with the winner being the first to obtain 3 points, or 5 points for the finals of each tournament.
        2. Points will be awarded for a successful goal scored, or by preventing the opposition player from scoring..
      3. Prizes & Fulfillment
        1. The Prize: The overall winner of the Men’s tournament and the overall winner of the Women’s tournament will each receive a cash prize of $5,000 USD (awarded via Stripe/PayPal transfer within 30 days of the Event).
        2. Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and federal taxes associated with prize acceptance.
      4. Eligibility & Safety Waivers
        1. Mandatory Waiver: Soccer is a physical sport, and participants take part entirely at their own risk. All participants must be physically fit and are strictly required to sign a Release and Liability Waiver prior to participating. For participants under the age of 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Failure to execute the waiver will result in immediate disqualification.
    • Pick Up Game MVP Prize: The Event shall host approximately forty-five (45) (subject to change at the Administrator’s sole discretion) 5v5 pickup soccer games at the Event. Event coaches appointed by the Administrator will select up to five Most Valuable Players (MVPs) from such pickup soccer games, based on criteria including, as skill and performance at the Event coach’s sole discretion. The selection is final.
      1. The MVPs will receive soccer jerseys sourced from Depop sellers and Depop-branded soccer jerseys. .
      2. Mandatory Waiver: Soccer is a physical sport, and participants take part entirely at their own risk. All participants must be physically fit and are strictly required to sign a Release and Liability Waiver prior to participating. For participants under the age of 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Failure to execute the waiver will result in immediate disqualification.
    • Best outfit awards: Judges appointed by the Administrator will select at their sole discretion the best dressed attendees at the event based on creativity, uniqueness, best thrifted item (as determined by the judges in their sole discretion) and styling. The judges’ decision is final
      1. The best outfit winners will receive soccer jerseys sourced from Depop sellers and Depop-branded soccer jerseys. .
    • Depop Power Shot Challenge: All eligible entrants who have checked in may take part in the Depop Power Shot Challenge. The speed of the shot will be measured, and a leaderboard created. At 9pm the top three places in each of men’s and women’s categories will receive Soccer jerseys sourced from Depop sellers and Depop-branded soccer jerseys. Mandatory Waiver: Soccer is a physical sport, and participants take part entirely at their own risk. All participants must be physically fit and are strictly required to sign a Release and Liability Waiver prior to participating. For participants under the age of 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Failure to execute the waiver will result in immediate disqualification. .
  11. Winner notifications:
    • Top Baller 1v1 Tournament: Prizes will be paid to each winner via Stripe/PayPal and any winner will be required to provide valid Stripe/PayPal details to claim the prize (see the provisions for winners under 18 below).
    • All Competitions: Winners will be announced at the Top Baller x Depop event on 17 July 2026 throughout the event. Winners must identify themselves to a member of Top Baller or Depop staff at the Depop area. If a winner does not identify themselves, by 9:30pm, or if the prize is declined, the prize will be deemed forfeited. In the event that a prize is declined or forfeited, the Administrator may select an alternative winner on the same skill or judging basis (e.g. the runner-up or next-highest-placed / next-best entrant). The Administrator reserves the right not to award the prize if an insufficient number of qualifying entries are received, or if potential winners fail to comply with these Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for any inability of a potential winner to accept or use any portion of the prize for any reason.
  12. Each winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
  13. The decision of the Administrator regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The Released Parties accept no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries. Any incorrect information provided will render the entry invalid.
  15. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
  16. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media or payment platform.
  17. You acknowledge that if you are under 18 and you win a prize, the prize or prize money will be sent to your parent or legal guardian or deposited into their Stripe/PayPal account linked to your Depop account. We may, in our discretion, request proof of this relationship before depositing the prize. If your Depop account is not linked to your parent or legal guardian’s Stripe/PayPal account, you acknowledge that we may request that you provide their contact details so that we can arrange for the prize money to be sent to them.
  18. The Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to cancel, suspend, postpone or modify this promotion or the Event (in whole or in part), including without limitation the format, schedule, venue, prizes or judging criteria, whether or not caused by circumstances within Administrator’s control. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, adverse weather, venue unavailability, insufficient registrations, safety or security concerns, governmental or public health restrictions, or any other cause beyond the control of the Administrator which corrupts or affects administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Administrator may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries. If the Event is cancelled, postponed, or shortened for any reason, the Released Parties shall have no obligation to reschedule the Event or any competition within it, and no entrant or attendee shall be entitled to any compensation, reimbursement (including of travel, accommodation or other expenses), or substitute prize as a result. Where a competition has been partially completed at the time of cancellation or curtailment, the Administrator may, in its sole discretion, (a) award prizes based on standings at the time of cancellation, (b) award no prize for that competition, or (c) reschedule that competition to a later date on notice to eligible entrants.In the event of severe weather or other conditions affecting attendee safety at an outdoor or partially outdoor venue, the Administrator may relocate, delay the start of, or shorten the Event without liability, and will use reasonable efforts to notify registered entrants of any such change via the contact details provided at registration.
  19. The Released Parties do not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered howsoever arising from the promotion or any prize, whether due to errors or omissions or other cause by the Released Parties, their respective employees, agents or others to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing shall exclude the Released Parties’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  20. Any entry that, as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion: (i) is in breach of the rights of others, including copyright, trade secret, licence, patent, trade mark, privacy, publicity or any other right; (ii) contains defamatory statements; (iii) includes threats to any person, place, business, or group; (iv) includes instructions or activities that could cause harm or injury; (v) is obscene or indecent; (vi) depicts any risky or unsafe behaviour; (vii) contains any material or content that is in any way unlawful; or (viii) contains depictions of any individuals who have not granted permission to appear in the entry shall be invalid.
  21. Any information you provide when you enter the promotion will be used in accordance with Depop’s . By registering for or attending the Event, all entrants and attendees (not only prize winners) consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded while at the Event, and grant the Administrator, Sponsor, and the other Released Parties a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such photographs, film and recordings for promotional and marketing purposes relating to the Event and the promotion. In addition, winning entrants specifically may be expected to take part in further publicity relating to the Promotion, beyond general Event photography and filming, and the Administrator and Sponsor may use the winners’ name, Depop username, photographs, likeness, voice, opinions and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. For winners under 18, this consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian; the general photography/filming consent described above must be provided by a parent or legal guardian at the time of registration, as a condition of attendance. The same applies to any attendee under 18 for the general filming consent above.
  22. This promotion is governed by New York State law, and all participants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New York County, New York, for any disputes.
