Player Participant Terms & Conditions

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that playing soccer and taking part in related activities involves certain inherent risks — including the possibility of serious injury — even when reasonable care is taken. I accept these risks on behalf of my child.

2. Medical Consent
If my child needs medical attention during the Event, I give permission for Top Baller staff to arrange it. I understand that I am responsible for any related costs.

3. Release of Liability
In consideration of my child being allowed to participate, I release and hold harmless Top Baller, its staff, sponsors, partners (including Bundesliga, Relevent, and C11), contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims for injuries or damages connected with participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Media Release
I grant Top Baller and its partners the right to film, photograph, and record my child during the Event. These materials may be used worldwide on any platform for promotional purposes. I understand my child will not receive payment or have approval rights over the content.

5. Competition Rules
I have read and agree to the Competition Rules for this Event, on behalf of myself and the player participant.

2. Medical Consent
If I need medical attention during the Event, I give permission for Top Baller staff to arrange it. I understand that I am responsible for any related costs. If I am a parent or guardian I give these permissions on behalf of my child.

3. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Top Baller, its staff, sponsors, partners (including Depop and their staff, sponsors, partners, and contractors), contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims for injuries or damages connected with participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If I am a parent or guardian I provide these releases of liability on behalf of my child.

4. Media Release
I grant Top Baller, its partners and content creators, and event partner Depop the right to film, photograph, and record my child during the Event. These materials may be used worldwide on any platform for promotional purposes. I understand my child will not receive payment or have approval rights over the content.

5. Competition Rules
I have read and agree to the Competition Terms & Conditions for this Event, on behalf of myself and the player participant.

AIM and Top Baller Parent/Guardian Participation and Media Consent Form

This form records your consent for your child to participate in the football event organised by AIM.io (“AIM”) and Top Baller Limited (“Top Baller”) (the “Event”) and for AIM and Top Baller to photograph, film and record your child’s participation during the Event. The photographs, video and audio recordings captured during the Event (the “Recordings”) may be used in connection with the documentary series and other content of AIM and/or Top Baller. Please read this form carefully before signing. If you have any questions, please speak to a member of the AIM or Top Baller team before providing your consent.

1. Participation, Photography and Filming
   • I confirm that I have parental responsibility for the child named in this form and I consent to my child participating in the Event. I confirm my child will comply with the reasonable instructions of AIM and Top Baller staff and coaches during the Event.
   • I confirm my child is medically fit to participate. I understand that participation in football activities involves inherent risks of injury despite appropriate supervision and safety measures. If my child requires medical treatment during the Event, I authorise AIM and Top Baller to arrange appropriate first aid and, if I cannot reasonably be contacted, emergency medical treatment for my child where reasonably necessary.
   • I acknowledge that the Event will be photographed and filmed by or on behalf of AIM and Top Baller and I consent to such recording of my child’s participation in the Event including incidental or background appearances.
2. Media Use and Consent
   • I grant AIM and Top Baller permission to use any Recordings for:
     • producing and distributing documentary series for AIM and/or Top Baller;
     • publication on the websites, social media channels and other digital platforms of AIM and/or Top Baller;
     • related educational, promotional and internal business purposes.
   • I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of the Recordings and that I will not have any right to review or approve the finished productions or other materials in which the Recordings are used, and that Recordings may be used worldwide, in any media or format.
3. Privacy and Withdrawal of Consent
   • AIM and Top Baller will process personal data, including Recordings, according to their respective privacy notices (AIM’s Privacy Notice is available at AIM.io/Privacy and Top Baller’s Privacy Policy is available at topballer.co/privacy-policy) and where they rely on my consent, I understand that I may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect any processing carried out before consent is withdrawn and may not require AIM or Top Baller to withdraw or modify material that has already been published or incorporated into any productions.
4. Parent / Guardian Declaration By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this Consent Form and the respective privacy policies of AIM and Top Baller, and consent to my child’s participation in the Event and the recording and use of the Recordings by AIM and Top Baller as described above.
