YOUNG BALLERS PART 3: WE’RE BACK

We’re in Westway Sports Centre, W10 6RP on the 10th December 2023 for the third event in our Young Ballers series in the Boys U16 category, and offering a PS5 to the winner of our football 1v1 event. Who will be our champion and be the Top Baller? FREE TO SIGN UP AND TAKE PART, just ask a parent / carer to complete the form below. We are expecting a high turnout so make sure you’re registered for a chance to play and turn up early on the 10th December. Once you sign up we’ll be in touch with further information. We welcome friends and family to participate in the event and join us in celebrating sportsmanship, talent and pure skill! This is a unique opportunity to participate in a grassroots London-grown football competition and be part of the series already boasting millions of views on YouTube and other social channels. If you are under 16, you must ask a parent or carer to give you permission to come and watch, and be included in the YouTube and social media videos. Important information for the under 16 event series

Top Baller aims to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for every child or young person. To help us do this, please note the following important information. All questions on the above form must be completed and signed by the parent or carer before any child takes part. • Parents and carers must ensure they notify us of any changes to the information given on the form. • Parents and carers must make arrangements for children to be brought to and from the activity safely and on time. • We cannot take responsibility for any damaged clothing and/or personal items during the activity. • Parents and carers should ensure children have sufficient water, food, clothing, sun lotion and medication (where appropriate) for the duration of the activity. Privacy Policy We will try and give everyone a shot, but only the top footballers will make it through to the Prize Round: registration does not guarantee a place in the Prize Round.
