1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that playing soccer and taking part in related activities involves certain inherent risks — including the possibility of serious injury — even when reasonable care is taken. I accept these risks on behalf of my child.

2. Medical Consent
If my child needs medical attention during the Event, I give permission for Top Baller staff to arrange it. I understand that I am responsible for any related costs.

3. Release of Liability
In consideration of my child being allowed to participate, I release and hold harmless Top Baller, its staff, sponsors, partners (including Bundesliga, Relevent, and C11), contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims for injuries or damages connected with participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Media Release
I grant Top Baller and its partners the right to film, photograph, and record my child during the Event. These materials may be used worldwide on any platform for promotional purposes. I understand my child will not receive payment or have approval rights over the content.

5. Competition Rules

Safety of Attendees

We believe it is our responsibility to ask you to ensure the safety of attendees at Top Baller. Do you agree to ensure your child comes equipped to the event with appropriate footwear, warm clothing, shin pads and adequate drink for the duration of the event as well as any medication they may require.
