THE TOP BALLER FA COACHES

Francisco has coached players with a range of abilities, from amateur to professional clubs, primary schools to high schools and has experience in leading an academy as Head Coach. His journey started in 2012 as a curious amateur football player keen to discover professional development, leading to the achievement of his Bachelor in Football Studies followed by a Masters in Football Coaching. His love for the game inspired him to create a community youth club in Wembley which saw involvement from over 70 youth players from the local community.

Filipe has over 10 years of coaching experience, developing varied-aged players both in large groups and 1-2-1. Initially coaching within a private academy, Filipe has developed his passion across countries, recently coaching in Portugal. With an approach centred on upskilling a player’s qualities, Filipe teaches the importance in maximising one’s strengths with care for its application and, most importantly, enjoying themselves along the journey.

Manuel has been connected to the game from a very young age, and it shows in his quick success as a manager; leading his U15’s grassroots team to an unbeaten season in one of the most prestigious amateur leagues in London (in only his second-ever season as a manager). Since then he has gone on to become a UEFA licensed coach working at the likes of Ashford Town FC and Brentford FC.
