Join us for our 1v1 Youth Tournament this Bank Holiday Monday 21st April at Goals Wembley for the youngest ever 1v1 group category; U6, U8, U10, and U12. This is for the Young Ballers! There are only 50 player slots available per tournament, first come, first served! We welcome friends and family to participate in the event and join us in celebrating sportsmanship, talent and pure young skill! This is a unique opportunity to participate in a grassroots London-grown football competition and be part of the series already boasting millions of views on YouTube and other social channels. If you are under 16, you must ask a parent or carer to give you permission to come and watch, and be included in the YouTube and social media videos. Event Times:

11 AM – 7 PM The full tournament will go from 11am – 7pm but please take a look at the specific time slot for each age group in our Tournament Schedule below. All players need to arrive at least 15mins before their tournament begins! Tournament Schedule U5 and U6 – 11am – 1pm U7 and U8 – 1pm – 3pm U9 and U10 – 3pm – 5pm U11 and U12 – 5pm – 7pm

Top Baller aims to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for every child or young person. To help us do this, please note the following important information. All questions on the above form must be completed and signed by the parent or carer before any child can participate in the event. • Parents and carers must ensure they notify us of any changes to the information given on the form. • Parents and carers must make arrangements for children to be brought to and from the activity safely and on time. • We cannot take responsibility for any damaged clothing and/or personal items during the activity. • Parents and carers should ensure children have sufficient water, food, clothing, sun lotion and medication (where appropriate) for the duration of the activity.
