When submitting an event application form or any form on the topballer.co website you confirm that:

• The information you submit during the application is true, complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

MEDIA RELEASE

When registering to take part in a Top Baller event, you give Top Baller and any partner, sponsor or affiliate permission to film, photograph, and record you. You understand that Top Baller and any partner, sponsor or affiliate may use this footage on social media, websites, advertisements, or other media productions on any platform throughout the world forever.

You understand that:

• The footage may be edited and shared publicly.
• You won’t have control over how the footage is used.
• You won’t be paid for being in the video or photos.

You agree that Top Baller and any partner, sponsor or affiliate owns the rights to the footage and that you can’t make any claims against them for using it.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By registering to take part in a Top Baller event, you understand that participating involves risks, including possible injury or harm. You take full responsibility for your participation and any risks involved.

By agreeing, you confirm that:

• You are taking part voluntarily and at your own risk.
• You understand that Top Baller and any partner, sponsor or affiliate is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may happen during the event.
• You will not make any claims against Top Baller , its staff, sponsors, or partners.
• You are physically fit to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from doing so safely.
• If you need medical attention during the event, you agree that we can arrange it, but you are responsible for any costs.
